I find christmas dinner no problem - I just take the turkey out of the oven and carve it.

Prawns/smoked salmon easy starters. Have you noticed amber has not responded, probably sitting in cupboard crying or swinging from chandelier (recently dusted) paralytic..... or then again, more likely, out for lunch :-)
