Bioprogress is a stock I have been in and out of quite a few times since it floated in May but not much mention here on the Investors' Room. Does anyone else follow this stock. I see it is up 1.5p today and a few good buyers seem to have appeared.

This afternoon would be nice Al ... I would overtake Kayak in the Champions investor game then :-)

Seriously question - how many more deals such as today's might they have? Would be worth a quick calculation. Can't see that buying all this stuff back and issuing more shares is that clever short to medium term, but there are others far better than me at working this stuff out.

Wondered why they went up a bit yesterday Al but couldn't be ar*ed to look , they signed another deal thats going to revolutionise the world then ?

Al , if you bought 5million of convertable bonds the sold them back 8 months later for the equivalent of 3.3million (half cash / half shares) then I would suggest that either you were desperate and broke or that you were trying to salvage what you could of your original investment before the whole lot went down the pan along with the company you bought them in.

Could be that the 1.65million of shares are about to be dumped on the market ... anyone got another angle on this ?

And to describe someone that has turned 5 million into 1.65 million cash and 1.65 million in shares of a company that is nose diving as "a leading institutional investor" is a bloody joke.

What they leading in ... wealth destruction ?

Issue of Equity / Redemption of Convertible Bond

shares have been admitted for trading on the Alternative Investment Market
today. As announced on 1 June 2005, these new shares represent part
consideration for the repurchase of the convertible bond issued on 6 October
2004 and redeemed on 1 June 2005.

Peter Glynn-Jones



The Board of BioProgress plc (AIM: BPRG; NASDAQ: BPRG) regrets to announce the
sudden death of Peter Glynn-Jones, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company
aged 58.



Peter joined the Board as a Non-Executive Chairman in May 2003. He was formerly
a senior executive of SmithKline Beecham Plc, now GlaxoSmithKline Plc, and a
non-executive director of Peter Black Plc until it was taken private.



Speaking on behalf of the Board and employees of BioProgress Plc, Richard
Trevillion, Chief Executive, said:



"We are deeply saddened to learn of Peter's death. As Chairman since 2003 he
played an important role in the growth of the Company. He will be greatly
missed and our thoughts are with his family."



An announcement in relation to a successor to Peter Glynn-Jones will be made in
due course.

What do the wise men say about the SP movement to-day. Smallish Volume B/s 54/45 larger sized buys than sells, but SP down by 3.5%. Is there a large protected sale going through. I would have read the recent announcement as fair and reasonable. But ?????
