Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

It would have been better if it was 2,500,000 shares but still, the good times will come and news will be bounded about.

I have seen this before (i.e. the pattern) and most of the time I buckle and fall into the traps. Not this time!

Keep going!

I completely agree with the sentiments about the director purchase being meaningless. That shows no confidence in the compny product whatsoever. Just rememeber though someone has purchased 25mil at the beginning of the weeks so there might be news about compnay holdings soon. Alos the agm will be here soon and that will be a chance to query current issues with the company executive.

predator22 - 25 Jun 2004 18:32 - 1995 of 3104

a good post over from another BB

does this director buy mean that there will be no RNS regarding forthcoming contracts for a few weeks?

No quite the reverse. The buy was a token buy to show private not institutionsal shareholders that the directors have full confidence in the company and there is nothing untoward on the horizon.

The buy had to be small enough so there was no discernable material gain in the invent of price sensitive news being released shortly. That is why he could only purchase 125k. Had he purchased 1.2 million the share price would have been in serious trouble for that would have been the green light to signal there is no good news on the horizon.

When the company referred to reduced profits next year due to changes in the accounting method it was referring to the existing contracts.

They stated Sir John Wheeler was no stranger to Whitehall why??

In my humble opinion the contracts to be announced over the coming will include government contracts that will change the company for ever.

SIT TIGHT AND DO NOT BE BULLIED OUT.

In spite of my dismay at current share price I can't doubt the co's credentials which Ibelieved in 9mts. ago when I bought, which are so much better now, that in spite of pain at share price trend I do believe there is reason to expect growth, so everything crossed I will just have to enjoy a good moan while I wait, poor demented soul!! ;O{{ }}O: go on then smile :o}

GEOFFREY.R - 25 Jun 2004 19:14 - 1997 of 3104

I agree with you Douggie. Cybit are interested in both UK and International growth for the company.

Pumacat - 26 Jun 2004 09:52 - 1998 of 3104

Just out of curiosity I looked at tfc chart the other day. Seems to be a very similar story tfc was not fashionalbe in the city for a long time and then it just took off. Same sector as well.

I agree with predator - need some big contract wins and whitehall could provide them. It appears to me that the compnay is set up to expand without increasing its workforce as this already seems to be in place. If that if the case profits would increase without any corresponding increase in overheads

However like many on the board OI think I am going to just come back in 6 - 9 months time. Unitl then I am looking at other pastures

AMS looks worth a punt as does dfd. Good luck to everyone and I am sure you will all be here when I get back.

Live long and prosper o:)
