not being greedy .... just trying to ameliorate the losses on the rest of my portfolio!

steered clear pof NRK today ..... i just feel sp could surge against the grain as profits are booked and/or margins need to be settled elsewhere

for general info, at 365, sp has ducked through 50 dma, the 25 dma having beeen broken some way higher.
If PTH reads this, he may give a more sophisticated chart reading, but I don't see much support before the psychological barrier of 300

Dow down again last night, looks like a good day coming up here again.

hyleo .... does not look as though you will come to any harm, but be aware that sp can move a bit sharpish

Had a quick look at the chart this evening, would imagine 300p on the cards, possible bounce to 350p and then back to 200p if the bounce is not sustained (H&S pattern). Incidentally rather foolishly allowed my short to be stopped out from 450 during the push to 500, rather difficult to keep an eye on things when away, but it was always a short, timing is everything :)

unless market is surging, 375 will be a resistance and looks a good place to short

slightly greedily, i have again shorted SOLA at 355, primarily because it looks as though Dow will be down tonight and therefore F/E will follow and London ditto in the morning
