GD, I didn't see the pic of Hils swimming naked, do you have a link?

Have you seen the picture of Ruths legs?

Just one thought re xmas cooking, on the only Christmas we have had at home in the last 15 years the girlfriend and I had a lovely plate of Fish Fingers for lunch, not that we hate charismas or anything.

Just down from the roof, getting a bit bored with the DIY now ;-)

Anyway and exciting evening of Guess what awaits, I have a nice pile of L's waiting to go.

little willie - 30 Nov 2004 16:56 - 19972 of 23498

Well that was a bloody awfull day for me. A portfolio of 12 and every one showing RED.

Not all bad news tho' as just had a large helping of mrs.lw's first attempt at a pukka goulash to a Chzeck [?] friend of ours recipe; because normally she doesn't cook we rate this as a breakthrough!

Onwards and upwards though, only been wed 23 yrs so plenty of time for her to take over the kitchen from me [or is she starting to learn because ano domini is likely to kick me in the testes?] and she doesn't want to go hungry.

There's always an ulterior motive with la femme!

optomistic - 30 Nov 2004 17:09 - 19973 of 23498

Hi LW, not been a good day for me either, probably most of us are in the same boat. At least you have the comfort of sunshine and warmth, sort of lacking that here. Also of course you have Mrs LW pampering to you, good luck there, I hope for you that she finds that cooking for her loved one is a pleasure. You will have to think of some nice way to reward her ;o))

Socrates - 30 Nov 2004 17:10 - 19974 of 23498

Hello all. Socco falls in a heap on the floor, I've no idea who left it there!

Chocolat
I too think your tips are wonderful.

optomistic - 30 Nov 2004 17:22 - 19975 of 23498

Good evenung Socs, can't stay I'm off to make dinner. Not as fortunate as LW.
Look after Choccies tips.

little willie - 30 Nov 2004 17:31 - 19976 of 23498

Hello goodbye opto. this cooking lark really is 'an art' so lets applaud all artists, even the pavement ones.

You gotta be careful of that Uriah Socs, wherever there's a caff he'll be there, unfortunately these days he gets his solace out of methylated spirits.

I used to quite like PG Tips for every day char, are they still on the market?
Never tried Coccies but I'm sure they're v.good.

jeffmack - 30 Nov 2004 17:31 - 19977 of 23498

Spaceman - 30 Nov 2004 17:42 - 19980 of 23498

Strange I am sure I just posted a comment but it isnt showing?

Anyway what it said was that I just sat down to look at the paper and I fell asleep for an hour, must have been tired.
