OK then blackdown, cynic, simon102, I will sell first thing tomorrow LOL what a trio. Make that a 10 bagger.

cynic - 18 Sep 2006 19:53 - 19975 of 27111

of course, if you are still a holder, then it is a difficult decision to sell at this derisory level ..... if you have CGT to use up, then easy; go for it! .... if there was that much floor (grave?) beneath the price, then i am sure i would have shorted, but really not worth now doing below say 500k shares, and the upside (or do i mean downside?) if Alan's info is correct is arguably greater

tweenie - 18 Sep 2006 20:29 - 19976 of 27111

have i missed anything??????
LOL

waveydavey. Sound advice given by alan.
Testing times .......but for who?

dawall - 18 Sep 2006 20:31 - 19977 of 27111

Another 2 or 3 days like the last and SP Metal will be able to buy the whole of Stanelco for what they paid for Biotech this time last year.

hewittalan6 - 19 Sep 2006 07:50 - 19978 of 27111

For once we agree on one detail, cynic.
If my informant is right, or the other research done by others is right, the upside is enormous and probably more than many of us grasp. But I also agree there is a potential downside. This is a business, so of course there is. It appears to have some financial difficulty, and the arena in which it is playing is both crammed with competitors and unusually slow to move, so time becomes very important.
it is my belief that the waiting is over, and that the tree is about to bear fruit, but this is never certain, and the financial issues could yet turn the fruit a little sour (which is why I urge others to wait and see) but there will be a harvest this year, and it will be the first of many.

stockdog - 19 Sep 2006 08:29 - 19980 of 27111

Oblo - are you trying to tell us that the inexorable fall in the SP has been no more than a bit of Shakespeare by the MMs?

hewittalan6 - 19 Sep 2006 08:31 - 19981 of 27111

?????
Didn't Shakespeare write DIY manuals??
I only saw one of his books. Something called "The Complete Works".

hewittalan6

Don't give up the day job.

Paperbackwriter - 19 Sep 2006 09:09 - 19983 of 27111

I'm riding out the storm.

oblomov - 19 Sep 2006 09:25 - 19984 of 27111

stockdog, IMO yes. I'm still very confident. It is very interesting to see those who panic (the bashers) when the going gets tough! Of course the SP is low - thats because most investors dont have vision.

As the bard said "How poor are they that have not patience!'
And poor they'll remain, unlike those intrepid SEO investors amongst us who will soon reap the rewards, IMO naturally!

Those of us that have the patience and staying power will emerge victorious, IMO.

God, what a post - I sound like a right nutter! But I think you'll get the gist of what I'm getting at.

hewittalan6 - 19 Sep 2006 09:31 - 19985 of 27111

I'm with you on that Oblo.
Strangely, the brass I will make if this comes good is now irrelevant to me (almost). I am now more interested in in the panic, followed by contrition, followed by silence, from those of the taunting frame of mind.

Oblo,
Good on ye.
Let's keep positive on this thread.
People still holding could do with a bit of support.

PATISEAR - 19 Sep 2006 09:46 - 19987 of 27111

Can someone please get this SP down to sub 2.5p, as I would like to buy some more.
Thank you in anticipation of your efforts.

nyleve - 19 Sep 2006 09:46 - 19988 of 27111

PB

You can say that again lol

Dave - long term sufferer !!!!

garyble - 19 Sep 2006 09:47 - 19989 of 27111

Alan,

Won't happen, they'll simply slink away to hide under the rock from whence they came!

garyble - 19 Sep 2006 09:50 - 19990 of 27111

Agree Patisear, sold 307K shares last night and would like to rebuy with at least a 10% gain this time.

nyleve - 19 Sep 2006 09:52 - 19991 of 27111

Pati

S.. 2.5p, lets get above 3.6p, then I can buy some more !!!

hewittalan6 - 19 Sep 2006 09:55 - 19992 of 27111

I know, but I can dream. Sometimes its the only thing that keeps me sane (though you may doubt that I am retaining my sanity).
In truth I'm having such a good year elsewhere, SEO has become something of a sideshow to me, but it is the only stock where my research is so deep, so I watch it more closely than all the others.
Win, lose or draw, I am learning so much about the markets, the internal workings of small companies, the pitfalls of trying to join the big boys and the dubious intent of some posters compared to the integrity of others that even if I lose the lot, it will have been well worth it for the educational aspects.
Still think that the longs will win out, and I am very comfortable holding.
Best of, to us all.
Alan

nyleve - 19 Sep 2006 09:58 - 19993 of 27111

Better still, get it above 6p - 13p - 19p and 21p which I bought at, and we can all be happy.

Dave
