Agree Patisear, sold 307K shares last night and would like to rebuy with at least a 10% gain this time.

I know, but I can dream. Sometimes its the only thing that keeps me sane (though you may doubt that I am retaining my sanity).
In truth I'm having such a good year elsewhere, SEO has become something of a sideshow to me, but it is the only stock where my research is so deep, so I watch it more closely than all the others.
Win, lose or draw, I am learning so much about the markets, the internal workings of small companies, the pitfalls of trying to join the big boys and the dubious intent of some posters compared to the integrity of others that even if I lose the lot, it will have been well worth it for the educational aspects.
Still think that the longs will win out, and I am very comfortable holding.
Best of, to us all.
Alan

Better still, get it above 6p - 13p - 19p and 21p which I bought at, and we can all be happy.

people do not have vision thats why the price is low, says one
another sold 307,000sh and wants the SP to go lower so they can buy back in again?
another wants the SP down to 2.5p so they can buy more, strange,
one more dip down i can load up again, lets hope they drop 0.001p for you so you make a killing ???.
bashers will slink away, WHAT BASHERS? are they the people that do not agree with you rampers, i think you should stop ramping this share now, i am long on SEO as i told you, but unless you can come up with some evidence that SEO are going to come good, something that SEO cannot do themselves then leave it out

Future prospects are irrelevant at the moment (except to the extent they are needed to convince sources of further funding).
All that matters is finding a timely acceptable solution to their funding needs - which may well fail, no matter how good future prospects appear to be.
My vote would be for an issue of redeemable preference shares with a coupon about 8%, convertible at 5p or so at holder's option, or at company's option if SP remains above 8p for any consecutive period of 30 days - something along those lines. So the debt cost is there without diluting existing SH's value and dilution can only happen when the rise in SP has counteracted the dilution.
To achieve this, they would have to demonstrate pretty much that material orders were concrete and nearly signed. Without that, I don't know who would be prepared to put in more capital without taking control of the company - the ultimate dilution.
I am not panicking, but will admit to bouts of controlled breathing - as much as rabbits caught in headlights can be said to breath at all. The week the SP fell though my stop loss of 13.75, I was unable to trade being away on business. Foolishly, I have sat and waited for the recovery ever since, watching 8p and 3.5p support levels disappear in succession.
I view my holding much as a lottery ticket - the possibility is huge, but the likelihood is zero. The risk/reward ratio makes it just about worth holding on balance at this price.
As the academic new year commences I have renewed my resolution to set stop losses and stick to them (unless, that is . . . )

Automatic,
I'm long on SEO too! Have accepted, from the outset, that this is a high risk stock and, although I would certainly not wish it to happen, realise that this company could very well go belly-up!
I should have gone in and out {with a percentage of my holding} more than I've done on the way down. If I had, I'd be holding nearer 10m shares rather than ~1m.
I believe SEO will come good, but why not accept the slide we've been experiencing for some time now and capitalise on it if at the end of the day it will turn.
