In the US tonight, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 1.20 points to 11,102.51, while the Nasdaq Composite was down 3.44 points to 2,070.46 and the S&P500 dropped a fraction, down 0.48 point to 1,268.40.

Good morning traders!

In Asia today, the Hang Seng ended the morning up 229.49 points at 16,846.73, while the Nikkei was recently up 314.34 points at 15,198.41.

New York's main oil contract, light sweet crude for September delivery, was down 12 cents at $73.82 a barrel from $73.94 in late US trade Wednesday.
