Looks a tad careless to have a suspension just (5- days) after an AGM - why wasn't the financial position updated? Surely that was very important if votes were based on then-current Proxys' knowledge -i.e. Not include pending suspension.

- - -Move on to Jan 07 and we have a new Investor/Director in for nearly 200k at 1p/share (so the company has enough cash until the Summer, eh?). He comes with a strident CV and it seems to me, he's at the level the Co should have pitched from the start. The sp was briefly 80p but clearly over-valued as they didn't appear to have any sales...therefore I halve that price to 40p and then down to 25% (say 10p) so at 2p they still have their work cut-out to regain even 10p...
Currently 1.9p to buy that's nearly 100% above the "Placing" (at 1p), so I'm a tad cautious the MM's have fixed the price to recover some earlier losses (-or they think we are Mugs, is that it?). I have a small holding from heady days when the sp was falling and would like to see if this cash is spent wisely, before attempting to average-down.
What do others think?
-Anyone in the "Food" sector, like to comment?.....whilst I like their technology, I'm just not convinced it has a use...yet. I'm still part-fuming that they had such dire news that req'd a Suspension only days after what appeared to be an up-beat AGM statement. I presume "The Man from Banko, he say No"

...Originally MIC had hopes for Insulin-delivery and that was why I bought since diabetes is so unpleasant to control...

Oct-07. Looks like another placing (90 million at 1p) to raise 900k-ish funds. I'm getting the impression that the company believes that "dilution of investors" isn't their problem . . . well this one doesn't like it!

They are at a Food-Expo in November 2007, soon; so it will be interesting to see what interest there is in their technology.
