Funding (PLM)

hangon - 09 Mar 2007 16:17

Plasmon:
March 2007:
Likely to raise 8m at 20p ...looks like they really need the money - are sales that bad? One wonders what, with the internet providing on-line storage, which effectivly is fire-proof if not entirely secure.
Big business will prefer to have their Data stored under lock and key, so there is no immediate problem, IMHO.
Recently SP has taken a bashing - anyone know why?

12March EDIT- I see the sp is now 36p - that means someone is paying 50% more than institutions did just a few days ago - shurely shom mistake - better to wait until we can see what Management does with the cash.....all too often IMHO Management cries "Thank-goodness" ...and then carries on with their dire methods that got them to that crunch-point.....
I shall wait and see....good luck to all who sail in her.

23 April 07 - - and the 20p Placing has been mentioned again(RNS today) -- so the sp has come off the peak (Why was it there?)....but still not cheap enough to tempt me........don't see why I should pay much more than the big boys.

29May 2008 - oops! - a year is a long time.
Down nearly 10% today = 6.4 pence mid....grief, did that fundraising go bad?
. . . . This was a major supplier . . . . .

Directors moves - one gone , replaced by Aasa Babic, who is associated with Hanover Funds, who have a 25% interest in PLM....presumably to watch where their money is going!
Is this going Belly-Up?
Any views?
