Heritage Oil, now on the main market near you ! (HOIL)

required field - 04 Apr 2008 22:45

Another newcomer to the main market...anybody any idea what the production figures are ?

required field - 07 Apr 2008 11:05 - 2 of 593

I tried to put some of these in my ISA....could not.....time these ISA rules were sorted out!,...this company coud be a takeover target for the likes of TLW...I can just imagine them acquiring this...like they took over Hardman Resources !

niceonecyril - 07 Apr 2008 11:15 - 3 of 593

RF, i tried a dummy sale of these in an ISA, and accepted as being valid.
I suggest you change your Broker, i use Selftrade.

Well Barclays said no !

required field - 11 Apr 2008 15:47 - 5 of 593

Glad I could not get any of these now, starting to head south !

poo bear - 11 Apr 2008 23:00 - 6 of 593

If you think that will stay south you need to think again.

Well yes poo bear..I hope it starts heading up...with oil rising..promising assets...should do...I also think that this one would fit neatly into TLW's porfolio...it's just yesterday I was talking about...I would still like to get some in my Isa...but Barclays say that because the office is registered in Jersey ...that they will not allow anybody to include these in their investment savings accounts regardless of the fact that they are a main market stock...I had the same problem with OIL....the rules should be the same for everybody as I think that Selftrade will allow HOIL in an Isa.

mitzy - 28 Apr 2008 12:15 - 8 of 593

Anyone holding this.

required field - 28 Apr 2008 12:18 - 9 of 593

Can't get it in an Isa .....so no...!

mitzy - 28 Apr 2008 12:35 - 10 of 593

Thats right they are based in Jersey so no stamp duty.

moneyplus - 23 May 2008 10:23 - 11 of 593

Thanks to driver who brought this one to my attention as very undervalued--I bought in today. selftrade allowed me to buy into my isa--I feel this one will do well.

driver - 23 May 2008 10:54 - 12 of 593

mp

I would join you if funds were available a very good presentation at the conference yesterday from Heritage Oil they are getting a lot of the stuff out of the ground with plenty more to come this is going on my watch list.

poo bear - 23 May 2008 11:41 - 13 of 593

I am also in here driver.

Nar1 - 23 May 2008 14:27 - 14 of 593

to get in between 260 - 270 would be nice

moneyplus - 12 Jun 2008 12:08 - 15 of 593

Entered the 250 index last night so the journey north should continue!

supermono13 - 17 Jun 2008 00:21 - 16 of 593

the journey up north has started after a short rest, the next short brake should be around 370/390

required field - 20 Jun 2008 11:59 - 17 of 593

Still can't get these in an Isa, so decided to take a bite outside one....I'm a bit late I suppose but looks promising with the test results I have been looking at...did not get a very good price for mine so have to hope for a surge up to the 400p mark to make any good profit.

moneyplus - 23 Jun 2008 14:55 - 18 of 593

selftrade and hoodless b will both put inside an isa.

mitzy - 23 Jun 2008 16:12 - 19 of 593

They need to move above 350p in the short term before they can make further.

halifax - 06 Aug 2008 10:11 - 20 of 593

RNS not bad but sp plunges to 218p?

mitzy - 06 Aug 2008 10:32 - 21 of 593

Down 15% a bit steep but sentiment is poor.
