It amazes me how large shareholders manage to know when to reduce, or sell their holding in a Company two or three days before the share actually goes down even if it is only a small reduction in SP.

Also makes me smile when company announces "The Board has noticed the recent rise in the company's share price and can confirm it is talks which may or may not lead to a formal offer". Wonder how many of the trades which caused the "recent rise" are ever investigated by the FSA? Hardly rocket science.
