Where can I get trade information in order to understand liquidity in market?

Thanks Skinny,
So I went and had a look at Barclays 5.75% 2026 as here
http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/prices-and-markets/retail-bonds/company-summary.html?fourWayKey=XS0134886067ZZGBPUKCP
It shows the mid at 90 and the bid/offere at 89/91. That's not a market is it. In excess of 2% spread.
Then I looked at the trades - no trades since March and those that did go through appear to a massive bid offer spread. Sell at 90.35 and buy at 94.00
I have established that in order to protect the MM's they don't have to report anything above or below a certain trade size but I'm trying to figure out what a fair price is.
I'm not looking to trade these. Just buy and hold (really looking at anything with less than 5 years to go to stick in an ISA plus invest some of my SIPP money)
