Morning!


In the US last night, the Dow finished up 293 points to 16,351 the Nasdaq rose 114 points to 4,750 and the S&P 500 rose 35 points at 1,949.

In Asia today, the Nikkei was recently up 258.00 points at 18,353.40 and the Hang Seng down 250.49 points at 20,934.34.

WTI crude oil traded at $46.25 a barrel and Brent at $40.50.

Gold settled at $1,132.50 an ounce.

Would I be naive in suggesting Ftse has moved off the bottom and is starting to find an uptrend?

Hi CC - been a bit busy for the last couple of days!

Oil is certainly looking perkier - so here's hoping the FTSE has turned up - not quite sure what so different about today.. yesterday..last week though!
