Richard Lapthorne,the new chairman,seems to have grabbed the bull by the horns after getting this disruptive tax bill sorted out.
The shares have surged but are still way down.
Will they now have the chance to get back over to levels that Vodafone is enjoying?

Newsflow turned positive - chart, to my inexperienced eye, looks good.

I like the new appointments, both experienced and well respected but young men with good brains I believe. I don't think either would have accepted their appointments without being assured that there are no major shocks in the pipeline and that global is capable of either being turned around or closed within budget.
