ukresearch - 19 Oct 2005 13:20 - 8 of 15

The Master if you are right, then I will have a warm winter and can turn up the heating (lol) Bought a shed load this morning based upon figures alone due out and not on the BASF saga. Care to pu any meat on the bone as to why 1375 and timing????? aussietoff at hotmail will do!!!

TheMaster - 24 Oct 2005 13:36 - 9 of 15

Employees been told price of 1375p offered for their share option scheme.
BASF only want the Far-East business, UK sites to be sold off, with these staff offered redunduncy. Apparently the delay due to the BOC board considering other late offers, which may lead to a bidding war.
