Step up the Pace (PIC)

johnnyuk - 20 Aug 2003 10:07

Ayone else into these?

little woman - 20 Aug 2003 10:33 - 2 of 6

Yes, purchased some years ago, when showing 400% profit sold half. Remaining half now showing a loss, (pocket money compared to the profit taken years ago!)

Keep purchasing on the drops, and now selling for short term gains (using limit orders as I have trouble keeping up to date!) to try and make enough gains to cover the losses on the orginal investment which I will take eventually!

Threads on Pace start every about once a month and then die off....

Pace lost out when NTL stopped buying from them (as pace wouldn't give them credit) and orders from Telewest are drying up. (As is Telewest). The freeview boxes have not been available in the shops, so they lost out there too. They have been trying to expand into new markets overseas, with a bit of success, but because they have a tendency to depend on only a few major players, they are still open to being burn't as they have in the passed.
