I am starting trading again and wondered if there is a comparison chart
showing online stockbrokers and their respective costs and services. I am
looking for stop loss if anyone in the UK does this? I would like an easy
way to compare all features.

Cant give you a comparison chart - but I am very pleased with the service I get from Barclays Stockbrokers.

Costs are 7.50 per trade - and they have online quote & deal, stop losses, portfolio , accounts etc = they also do CFD's etal

IB are only charging 6 per trade up to 50k & ffer a full range of orders www.interactivebrokers.com also their platform is fully direct access.

Just had a quick look and the site looks quite comprehensive, however I notice It's American which usually means there's a catch somewhere along the line(In my Experience).

Has anybody else used them for a length of time and If so what are your views please?

TD Waterhouse offer this service, as well as CFD and Spreadbets. Not bad rates.
