Tom Hoskins acquires Bioloop Mobile Wireless, Mobile Automated Payments

LONDON (AFX) - Shares in AIM-listed Tom Hoskins PLC have temporarily been suspended as the company announced it has acquired Bioloop Mobile Wireless and Mobile Automated Payments (Singapore).
Tom Hoskins said in a statement that the transaction, which is conditional on due diligence on Bioloop and MAP, as well as admission of the enlarged entity to trading on AIM, would constitute a reverse takeover under AIM rules.
Bioloop is a wholly owned subsidiary of HLT LTD, while Mobile Automated Payments is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mobile Automated Payments PTY LTD.
LONDON (AFX) - AIM-listed cash shell Tom Hoskins PLC, which is in the process of completing due diligence on the reverse takeovers of Bioloop Mobile Wireless and Mobile Automated Payments (Singapore), said it hopes to issue the EGM circular on the transaction 'in the not too distant future.'
Its shares remain suspended pending the release of an AIM admission document.
Tom Hoskins also said it made a pretax loss of 56,198 stg in the year ended Feb 28, 2005.
