Have read the article, to be honest it may be just someone pi$$ing in the wind but its only a matter of time before this co. gets taken out.

A European market leader of webcasts whose customer list contains Nokia, London LSE, Nasdaq, plus 50-70% of FTSE 100 co's. And what's the current market cap??

You guessed it 6m, if this doesn't multi bag from here then nothing will IMHO...

Assuming the Kamera acquisition goes through (paper acquisition valuing Kamera at 2.5m) then market cap will be about 12.5m. Completion date for the Kamera acquisition is 9 January.

VTB has been incredibly active both in acquisitions and fund raising.
Acquired Unit.Net in July 2003
Raised 687,000 early in October at 2.25p
Raised another 1.1m in November @ 4p
Made offer for Kamera, Swedish co., in November.
Er, still hasn't made any profits...
