ah ha!
1) should be no problem assuming you advised insurers that vehicle was a convertable.
2) claim back from local council/road authorities due to absence of red triangle
'Falling Rocks' signs.
3) would require confirmation that resprayers used 'animal friendly' paint for respray job before picture 6 was taken.
best to all

Thanks croc you just brought back a very bad memory of an accident i had with a horse a few years ago.Country road ,early hours, just overtaking another car, looked in my side mirror to make sure i had cleared him, looked forward,to see the side of a horse in my headlamps. That was the last thing i remembered i was doing about 70 at the time. The car was a complete wreck, but what saved me irronically was that the car had ended up upside down in a huge pile of horse manure.I was not popular with the nurses i can tell you.The next evening on the same road another motorist was not so lucky the horse took the whole top half of His Range Rover off.Apparently some kids had been letting horses out of the fields as a prank.I am just off for another glass to calm my nerves.
