Hi...This company share seems to have left behind as the ultimate penny share.
Corus and Cookson two other cases for treatment seemed to have moved away from
the basement but isys seems to be stuck fast.
Do we have any thoughts whether poss rights issue may change things or that it may get taken over or just go down the black hole!?
Thoughts?
Regards Wansford

If you go to the ADVFN site they are completely devoted to writing about ISYS. You will find plenty of contrasting ideas about this one. I personally bought these in early December at 17p for a short term punt, sold them at 19p so I missed the 22p levels post Xmas. I just was not comfortable holding them. They are currently very dodgy in my opinion. I would wait and see what comes of the proposed rights issue.

The shares moved up as the news of a rights issue leaked out ( there may be some other explanation, of course)- and now the price is drifting down to "match" the offer price, as people sell stock to pay for their entitlement.
(Ooh such a cynic).
Is this company [isys]really worth the risk in handing over hard cash? Their recent ann. looks like they are repaying a loan for some deal that went down with the market. (don't they all?).
So I am nervous to invest even though it will marginally average-down my cost. If there is a panic selling post-rights, then I may be able to buy better on a dip.
Any contrarian views?
Whilst I have your attention....any views on Scipher? - in much the same mould, but for a different reason - oi!

there was a thread yesterday monday 16 where the person said he was taking up full his entitelment of the stock but didn't catch what his name was
I shall see how mutch it is going to cost me & watch the price on a daily basis
first &if it drifts down close to the asking price.
