I have been recommended this share by a friend who took the trouble to research this cash shell. At around November 2003 this used to be called
TransEDA PLC when it sold it's core business and was left with net sum of 700,000. The company then changed its name to Reversus PLC.
It was then decided that the best strategy for the Company at the time was to pursue a reverse takeover and it commenced a review of potential targets.
this was latest RNS on the company .. i believe this change of director means there could be developments . The share rose 30% this week before coming down again to the current level (directors issing statement of no reason for increase etc ). With the cash the co is holding at the moment and with very little cash burn there is little downside to this ..could be worth a punt. Normal warnings apply DYOR etc etc
