ALLIED UNI CHEM (AUN)

Anyone in this company? T/O up every year for last seven years, profits after tax,up every year,divi up every year. Forcast of good figures for 2004 and in the future, half year figeres up,buying outweighing selling,and yet shares have slipped a little? Looks good to me, any thoughts?

Purchase of increased stake in ANZAG,on 28th Jan 2004, from 10.99% to 29.99%,(3rd largest pharmaceutical wholesaler in Germany) for 60.5m euros cash, funded from existing borrowing facilities.
Dr Manfred Stach,appointed as independent director on 8th december,who was with Unilever for the last 30years. President of Unileaver Bestfoods Europe, holds doctorate in business administration,extensive mulination businss skills & knowledge of German & Europe consumer markets.

German Federal Cartel Office, approved companys acquision of further stake in
ANZAC, to 29.9%. Shares up 21.5p this morning. I'm out with a very good profit.

MOSS CHEMISTS CHAIN DOING WELL, GENERIC PRICING WORKING TO THEIR ADVANTAGE (AS OPPOSED TO THE MANUFACTURERS) - OFT REPORT INTO PHARMACIES GENERALLY FAVOURABLE FOR AUN (WELL PLACED TO TIE UP WITH SUPERMARKETS TO RUN INSTORE PHARMACIES IF THAT IS THE WAY IT IS TO GO).
GOOD SHARE JUMP TODAY AND VINDICATES THOSE OF US WHO HAVE BEEN QUIETLY ADDING STOCK OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS AT 4.80 ETC
