Does it not need shareholder approval ??

Waited a long time for this share to recover, only to be wiped out
by this decision to sell the crown jewels.

Symbian is going to be a loser it is up against Microsoft which is up against Linux in the mobile market.

They were right to sell but the question is where do they go from here?
