any one having a second slice now the price has droped 40% in the last couple of months,, after all most of there stores are in towns,, and the big players are not.

agree lots of strengh at a pound, i sold in feb for 1.77,,took another bite at 1.06, bill grimsey seems a bit of a clown to me.eps ,,looks like there could be growth in here somewhere,i no i`ve spent a good couple of grand in booker up to selling.dd

Results of Extraordinary General Meeting
At the Extraordinary General Meeting held today all resolutions notified and
announced in the Notice of Meeting were passed.
Accordingly;
1. The proposal by the directors to effect a Company Voluntary Arrangement of the Company pursuant to
the Insolvency Act 1986 was approved.
2. Mr Leo Knifton, Mr Stephen Oakes and Mr Nigel Weller were elected to the Board.
3. The restructuring of the ordinary share capital was approved.
4. The remaining resolutions to increase the authorised share capital, amend the Articles of
Association and grant general authority to the directors to allot equity securities were approved.
Directorate Change
In addition, following the Extraordinary General Meeting Mr Kenneth Harvey has resigned from the Board.
Further Disclosure re Appointment of Directors
The Company wishes to advise the following additional disclosure required by
schedule 2 paragraph (f) of the AIM Rules regarding the appointment of Leo

So what has injected some vigor into this company? "Beaufort" /BFG is a Business services co.
More consolidation, or what?
It would be nice if the sp hikes were as a result of RNS - rather than market inside deals (oh wash my mouth!) MM's and the like.
What justifies 15% today, for instance?
