Thesaurus - is there a reason why you start a new thread each time you post - you have posted on the CRB thread as well as creating this and also created two new threads on Ashtead, when a perfectly good one already exists. If you post on the one thread it keeps all the information in one place and doesn't clog up the front page with several threads on the same topic. having watched others do this in the past all you will succeed in doing is frustrating people and they will filter any threads you create hence you will never get any answers to the questions you are posing.

I am very impressed by the resources and knowledge of certain individuals here. I am new to investing only a student as well, but I am slowly getting the hang of it.
So is this a share that particular interests you or were you just giving me some friendly advice.

Friendly advice only - not a share i know well enough but strikes me as a bit of a gamble until further news is forthcoming from the management and they have a balance sheet that is more reliable.
As for this board there are lots of people with good experience and advice. Use it as a starting point but always DYOR and make your own decisions.
Good luck with your investments
