I use Hoodless Brennan. They charge a flat rate of 7.00 per transaction - which seems to be a lot lower than most I have seen advertised. And they do have a stop loss facility.

Etrade are the best out there for cfd's imho (they also do equities, fut's etc).
For cfd's 9.95 per side, margin from 5%, 3 way orders, extremely helpful staff, excellent software (trading & back office), Level 2 (if you are into it). Well worth a look - just click on their advertising on this website.
