A retired friend of mine has shares in this company and wonders if this is the right time to sell.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Sorry for the delay, busy day today as always.

If the friend has made money on the stock, and looking at the graph that could well be the case depending on how long they have owned them, then it could be the right time to sell.

They are generally drifting down at a slow rate, but without research there could be all sorts of reasons for that, and who knows, another big hike like the last on may be around the corner.

Fantastic trading volumes, must be a reason for that.

It must be a matter of your own judgement.

Are there any holders out there that wish to contribute who have up to date knowledge of this stock???

Looking at IPR charts of to-day I would think it reasonable to let this share run a little further with a trailing stop loss of 2-5% if you can set this up with the stock broker.
But like many I am guessing!
