Same problem here. None of the streaming services ie. Stockwatch, trades are not loading. All that comes up is Connecting to Streaming and a white screen below.

Stockwatch is somewhat working now....the FTSE 100 stream appears to be fifteen minutes behind and the trades page is still not working.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 09 Aug 2004 09:35 - 8 of 43

SueHelen,

Cna you retstart your browser and let me know if this helps with the trades page.

BY THe FTSE 1000 stream I presume that you mean the ticker at the top of your watchlist? If so unfortunately, this is not included in your current subscription level.

Ian,
Which subscription level covers live streaming, mine is also delayed when it wasn't previously?

Hi Ian, the trades page is working now along with the Stockwatch. Thanks.

The FTSE 100 stream next to Status : connected to stream has always been working in streaming, it seems to be flashing today as well though the time is behind by fifteen mintes, hence the current display is :

FTSE 100 : 4335.30 -2.60 (-0.06%) @09.37

ptholden - 09 Aug 2004 12:04 - 11 of 43

IanT

What has happened to the 'N' that appears on the Stockwatch screen when News has been released, Pipex a case in point?

PTH

daves dazzlers - 09 Aug 2004 12:28 - 15 of 43

yes ok .

Madison - 09 Aug 2004 13:42 - 16 of 43

Ian,

FTSE 100 fifteen minutes behind all morning. This never used to be the case, so I'm not sure what you meant about subscription level?

Regards,

Madison

SueHelen - 09 Aug 2004 13:48 - 17 of 43

Yep I go along with the above.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 09 Aug 2004 13:53 - 18 of 43

Guys,

You would need to be on one of our Plus Levels (i.e Active Plus, Premier Plus, Level 2 plus)

Regards

Ian

daves dazzlers - 09 Aug 2004 13:53 - 19 of 43

spoton about news box, where`s it gone.eidos is in the news for sure, but no news boxes to be found.

Madison - 09 Aug 2004 14:33 - 20 of 43

Ian,

I've never been on any Plus level but always had streaming FTSE with no (well, minimal) delay.

Are you saying there has been a change in the basic service provision? Because this would be quite a significant downgrade to the usefulness of the stockwatch page. You would have streaming shares but no streaming FTSE, no way to compare the two without going to the UKX chart! And what would be the point of keeping the chart streaming without the stockwatch ticker?

I'm hoping this is just some misunderstanding/day one glitch! Off out for the afternoon.

Regards Chris
