Hi, I have a subscription to Shares Magazine. I have logged on to this website with the relevant details. However, I can't seem to access the trader's room. I believe that I am allowed access to this part of the site but yet I am not allowed entry.

Firstly, contact support@moneyam.com with any website or account access issues, it will normally be seen quicker than by us reading the BBs.

Something went wrong in your upgrade which meant you didnt get access to the Traders' Room. I have rectified this and you should now have access.
