Please post here any thoughts on the fortnightly evilcast by the notorious bear raider Simon Cawkwell. I've not heard a 'cast for a few weeks and usually am only interested in the short positions of FTSE 350 stocks (cannot short small caps with D4f) at last count these were:
RGU, EZJ, RYA, BRBY, HTE. have I missed any out?

Disagree. A patent is a claim on a method.
A tip is not a method, it is advice. You cannot patent advice.
If a part of someone's writing is repeated wholesale then there may be grounds for infringement of copyright. I don't think anyone could get sued for repeating the fact that X publicly tipped Y. The fact that it might be behind a pay site is irrelevent.

I forget the car-dealers Pendragon (PDN?) & Inchcape (INCH) as well as LMC of course.
ASC, that's interesting, but I can't help thinking Evil goes short too early sometimes, ASC are bound to have a stonking Xmas, even I bought something from them!
