Hi guys just hoping someone can give me some technical advice. I have just switched to Talktalk broadband from freeserve dial up and can no longer get live streaming for level 2 and trades. What do i need to do?

It could be that you are behind a proxy server, we are just trying to find out.

I've just spoken with TalkTalk and they don't use a proxy server which was my first port of call.

I have just made a slight amendedment to your streaming settings so could you please retry the trades page?

Also, does it work when you try stockwatch?

No still no joy. I tried stockwatch and even reloaded java. On trades the past trades eventually show up from 10 mins ago but it is not live.

can you tell me exactly what you see when you go into Stockwatch?

stockwatch is now working. but not trades or level 2. stockwatch is a little slow loading but it is live.

can you please leave the trades page and the level 2 page open for a while as it sounds as if there is some sort of buffering between us and you. Can you leave these open and then let me know if they load?

level 2 eventually opens with info on trades from 5 mins ago but no order book and trades opens with info from 10 mins ago but is not live.

Have spoken to Jonathan, and it would appear from what you have told us that the information is being cached between us and you. Unfortunately, you will need to speak to your ISP to resolve this as there is nothing we can do at our end to change this,

Thanks for trying. Its strange that i can get streaming from other sites.

Any idea as to why todays candle on PDG is missing when viewed on 1,3,6 month time frames etc
