Can someone tell me why several of my shares have a value of 0.00 at present? eg BGT, CIU and DGM.

Have just spoken to JT - we receive this price as it is set from the LSE - however, our supplier had an outage before open this morning, which has affected some of these thinly traded smaller stocks, meaning the the Mid will not show until a trade is placed on it.

Trades have gone through but the prices are still showing as 0.00. Should these have now changed?

Spoken to Jonathan, and he has informed me that until the actual mid price changes and a new one is sent to us it will show as a zero I am afraid. Unfortunately it does not make a difference if there is a trade that has gone through - it will only change when the mid moves. Apologies for not making this clearer in my initial post.
