Unexpected downtime 06-06-2005 0100 - 0810

Hello,

This morning at about 1am our network supplier had a card blow up in one of their switches. Unfortunately the failover process didn't take place (reasons why are being investigated) and they have been working to resolve the aftermath of that problem.

Unfortunately access to MoneyAM during this period wasn't possible and there wasn't anything that we were able to do to work around this.

We are now fully functional again. Our internal systems continued to run throughout the outage and we haven't lost any price data.

It appears our internal systems weren't quite as happy with the outage as first thought.

I've just manually restarted everything and the systems now seem to be running smoothly.

Please let us know if you're still experiencing problems.
