Clicking on TopPercentageLosers on your HomePage No Longer Works

It gives TopPercentageGainers instead.

The grid on the homepage gives both gainers and losers however it is designed that when you click through you are taken to just the 1 table.

To access both gainers and losers, go to Market Scan where you will be able to find links to both of these.
