What's happened to Satellite Enterprise Corporation? (SENR)

davidcornish - 08 Dec 2005 09:20

Hold a few shares in an American Company called Satellite Enterprise Corporation
( Epic US:SENR). It used to be quoted on the OTCBB Exchange but has now disappeared off the radar.

Does anyone out there know where/why its gone?

Have the shares been tranferred to another exchange or is all lost?

Done some research via Google and in answer to the question in my thread dated 8 December it would appear that the Company has changed its name and the epic code is now US:SNWP (Satellite Newspapers Corp). The idea used to be that you put your money in the slot, press a few buttons and out of the machine comes today's copy of any one of hundred's of papers printed worldwide. All this when your are waiting for a plane in say Singapore or Alicante airport and need to read the financial pages in The Times.

Last three day quote reveals the following:-

14 Dec 05 % change + 14.29%
15 Dec 05 % change + 18.75%
16 Dec 05 % chabge + 31.58%

Would be interested to know if any one else in the UK, who visits Moneyam's Investors' Room, owns any of these shares and can explain the recent rise in the share price.

David,

May I ask how you came to purchase these shares?

Were they recommended to you over the phone by a broker?

Andy - Thanks for taking an interest.
