is this share worth buying into again?

Any opinions out there as share price crept up a bit recently........and cant really get much lower

I have had them for years made a bit on them years ago but left with about 5000 shares I wouldnt buy them agian and if it didnt cost me more to sell them than they are worth i would dump them
