Took out a position on Huntsworth 6 months ago as a recovery play. Thought their problems where behind them, with improved numbers and a merger improving their market position.
However since then the shares have dropped some 20% and a short term recovery does not look on the cards. I am thinking of dumping these and putting the cash into something different.
Am I missing anything here ? - would appreciate any views.

Quick look suggests they have struggled hard against what could have been an overwhelming debt burden.Don't really like "people" businesses, where loss of key individuals can have disproportionate effect on business, but if I was a holder (and I am not) I would give them until next lot of results due shortly to see if progress being maintained. IMO money is better invested patiently in quality medium sized companies with good cash generation and rising dividends.

Many thanks for taking the time to pass on your views.
Have completed a bit more research, and am slightly more bullish than previous. Agree with your sentiments re people business, especially as I have a number of friends in this line of business and they spent more time talking than acheiving anything.
However looked at brokers recommendation of this stock and of the two that cover them , one has a buy, and the other has as a strong buy, so as you say I will probably hang on to the next results and take it from there.
