Radicle Projects Plc has been established to acquire interests in agribusiness projects in Australia. It has acquired its first interest in a forestry project. Typically the projects are created under formal, regulated investment structures and are managed by established agribusiness management companies. Radicle intends to acquire assets in a diverse range of agribusinesses, locations and markets. Radicle's primary objective is to deliver income to shareholders by way of strong dividend stream with the potential for capital growth.

Radicle Projects saw its shares rise 3.5p to 81.5p after the Aim-listed company, which is involved in the acquisition and management of Australian agribusiness projects, said that it has bought interests in Managed Investment Scheme projects growing white wine grapes in the Adelaide Hills region of South Australia. The total cash consideration was approximately 663,075 pounds.
