Commenting on this appointment, Bob Antell, Chief Executive, said:

"We are keen to maximise a great opportunity we have in our market. Having
secured three important contracts with major international commodities
exchanges, we need to ensure that our investment potential and growth ambitions
are clearly understood by existing shareholders and potential new investors.
With its strong understanding of our technology markets and focus on growing
smaller companies, we have chosen Corporate Synergy as the broker to advise us
at this important stage in our development."

ntk98 - 07 Nov 2003 22:11 - 28 of 1924

SueHelen,

why SBladen ... no need to by this potential IMO.

ntk98 - 07 Nov 2003 23:25 - 29 of 1924

ckmtang,

everything is high risk. avoid volatility and you won't loose but nor win, only pay the commission, stamp duty and spread .... I managed not to win big, not loose big with a special set of share, which at the end of 3 month eaten so much in my capital that I finally stop the game and learn the lesson. Would you consider to stick with share which when loose not lose more than 0.5%, those when win won't give u much more usually, U will find CIU, AAP and some other very special but actually they are rare gem ... if you see them don't bother with these high risk share.

On the other hand, not every high risk are "high risk"== making U loosing money, they are different in their spread, in the presentation, in the product they opfer, contract news, confidence in the management, their ability to withstand the heavely test of up/down in the market, if U follow, and hopefully not get caught some time U must admit the last 5 weeks was quite hard test for the economie recovery, on some days even the very expert advise to be careful with the finger on the mice. STock withstand those day are the well-trained in battle and could be a good fighter.

In August,Sep 2003 ZOO surely was high risk, TPA, NPG, TRT, YOO, ITIS, OND, BDI, CPL, PTL, load of them with a spread >8%, 10% but wbat make they stick out?
stability in the bad time
news cover
product
cost cutting
future oduct and perspective are some points.

Depend on what tomorrow USA market is, Monday could start with a surge then some profit taking, around 9:30 to 10:00 wait there for the trough if U could come in, unless U are unlucky that the MM let U buy in small batch, or at some point not at all (I mean when the good entry point price temporary plunged arrived) or if no press coverage over the week-end which most investor expected, after the last 2 day rises ... they would think something is fishy and rather take their stake with what ever big profit they have got and run, (not looking back because they could regret)in this case you would see due to long strain of sells a price dip, observe! if see price going up again, following an insignificant trade or no trade at all, your chance to entry.

I hold this since long time ago and half and top up few times after recommendation, RNS news ... so I have free share and plan to be in for a long time ... price dip one or two p won't matter, as if U do it U take as well the spread and like AFN, NPG, TPA, this share provide a service so long term U would win. check the product do your own estimate the PE. The impression I have is 12p, there are talk of 15, 20 and 30p. I won't blame them too optimist I with the thought to trade and stick with this share for a long term I secretly expect 30p at least too, and that is very modest expectation when the recovery takes full speed, the future of trading market, the more and more importance of financial information technology. But for now It would be the result of an other RNS of news strain of contracts like GHT, so I stick with 12p to 15p next week. Would jump off if dip around that price level 15%, 20% but definitely will pack it by the neck when price consolidates or start moving back up again. Why prepare to take such a big loss? don't forget this is a high volatile stock, when price dips, spread growths to 13% 18% easily, so set a tight stop loss 5% would result in 5%+13%=18% loss min if you could sell the whole lot in one go, if U have to sell in small batch then will cost more commission a la Xx10.

So in short DYOR, make up your mind, plan when to come in then prepare your nerve, if U think this is truely good, only U can make the last decision. Make sure to use the week-end well.

If not wait for an other 2 weeks if U still like it U still can decise for the long term run, and join, unless an other Grseham happen then only very good track records and solid profit would encourage so invest so late after 10x rise ... (joking, not to CWV in next 2, 3 weeks, in 2004, very likely my opinion)

ckmtang - 07 Nov 2003 23:39 - 30 of 1924

aparently they are traing 9.25p and hit the year high. can you give me some more advise about it since the last few days it rise a lot.

Thanks for your reply and comment, i found it is useful

ntk98 - 08 Nov 2003 04:14 - 31 of 1924

U need ADVFN or BIGCHART to go back 3, 5 years
it hits the two years hight, I did not hope it brok all resistances R6.3, and R7.0, R7.7 in one day.

I use intra day bigchart 15 min to see support is hold There are two levels 8.25 and 8.0 for new intra day support. 13.3p and 15.3p are the next resistance. By the pressure what happend today, it is very likely that the stock still have power to reach higher, even with a few profit taking.

Observe the trade today U can see even with a strain of 15, 20 sells in one row, price fall shortly bound at the Rs and shoot up again. With news coverage and now more investor draw in, the potential of this share is even stronger.

in ADVFN, U can ask Mel, SM, Fingers on the thread Far2 if U are not sure whether to risk or not to risk. They are very good, careful, consencious and expert on TA. ask for advise only not intend to announce a tips they will help even week-end.

what I see is ADX trends up since June03, DMI+ pos. convergence and higher high + higher low formation, UT oscilator strong up, pos. convergence; W%R around -7, from -62 oversold yesterday (have to mention in the past this share used to turn round around 0 level not 80, or 100, so watch the support 8.25, 8, 7.7, 7 don't bother to remember the last one) expect some sells, or heavy sell in the worst case then will bound off 8.25 or 8.0 if support can hold. What else CCI up to 208 no sigh to go horirontal before turn down(== sign to take measure)
zerolagging MACD had neg. divergence, MACD diff pos, has cross above on 06-11 and scissors so big that it must be abnormal to cross under on Monday. That is why I think there is enough room to hit at least 5% to 10% if not breack the R12p. But for stock small like this reading TA always difficult due to illiquidity. Even though I could not find any signal indicated a down turn is comming, unless all the big guys drop dead, turn greedy lost patient and take 50 rather then wait for the 500 just because they fancy few beers

Hope it helps. Please ask ADVFN, there is a guy called PACMAC88 or up-the- pool you will envy their skill of reading charts.

PS:
I was surprised that retracing on this share seems to bound at expected fibo level 32.8%, 62% It is no magic I think, guess some big experienced guys are playing the game. Why? normally these prepare to take a lot of risk as the loss of few grands means not much to them or they are investing not own money but custommers (hihi ;-)) they are using SW trading system emphasised Fibonacci methode like GANN, Elliott that is why I guess. calculate then U will see it. not only match roughly yesterday, before-yesterday but weeks before as well.

if that is true sometime this retracing will happend again and at around that level, price wins back to where U thought U would have lose shortly before.

SueHelen - 09 Nov 2003 19:07 - 34 of 1924

For a high growth stock we could be seeing a minimum p/e of 60 (24p). This assumes that the profit for the full year is 250k. I am hoping that this will prove to be inadequate. 400k would see a minmum price of 40p come May before calculations are made about long term profitability.

Bearing in mind that CMS Webview have three profit streams in TDI licences, direct feeds and ProphetX, the long term profit estimate in Shares Mag of 5-10m in three years is not too fanciful to say the least. Taking a middle estimate of 7.5m a p/e of 20 (allowing for share dilution) should see the price around 2.00. Obviously if further growth is indicated closer to 3.00 is not out of the question.

Such is the potential of this stock it is hard to believe that the price will not make 12p easily next week. If you have not bought yet believe me it is not too late. Not worried at all by the Directors sales (only a small fraction of their holdings) it would have helped fluidity in the market. They have doubled their money in a few days in any case. Without those sales it is possible that the price would have been over 12p already. As stated before this price rise will reduce the effect of dilution when 1.5m is to raised soon. There should be no shortage of significant investors glad to relieve profit-takers of their holdings which should underpin the price in the run up to the results. A Strong Buy.
