First of all, the individuals you are describing are accused and have not yet been found guilty.


Secondly, if they are found to be guilty as the police and prosecution suggest, then I think a fitting punishment maybe to be to incarcerate them in a prison for a 30 year period, with you ranting at them from the next cell.

That might resolve more than one problem at the same time, with benefit to all parties.
