If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Help. Have just upgraded to a windows XP machine. Now when I log in to Money AM I can end up with a blank screen. I first get the homepage, then the login page, then onto my chosen page. Sometimes this is blank.
I am also clicking on Stockwatch and this comes up as blank but the bottom of the screen indocates "Done". Still OK with my two other PC's. Wassup??

SC: Sounds like you need to download the Java VM plugin for your browser.
See

Microsoft have not yet enacted their new love-in with Sun, so you'll have to give them a little help . . .

Ian. No Level 2 prices this morning - all are attempting to Connect or Losing the connection. Single boards and terminals.

JT - I don't know if anything was changed overnight to the BB or the traders thread header or something but I have found the bb slow all day with quite a few blank pages returned but the big problems only started with some very strange posting behaviour in the latter part of the afternoon. It seemed as if there was a 10/15 min delay from posting a reply to it appearing on the thread as well as it not updating on the main thread list.
Good luck in your bug hunt :-)

The capital reoganisation of KBT, effective today, was in the form of a 5:1 share consolidation.

The charts on MoneyAm do not currently take this into account, but show an apparent 400% increase in share price.
Time to sort it out?

Buggette. Terminal pane with News in it. Wanted Alliance and Leicester which is AL. - doesn't display it. Main site filtering of AL. works fine.
