I am interested in the letters of intent that SEO have confirmed are signed. If they can prove to the banks with a set of (believable) management accounts that future orders will be forthcoming and will make the company self financing then an additional line of credit- at a price - or even for shares may be the way forward. This would be in line with their statement that arrangements for future funding are well advanced.

I have just been told that my 40th party continues with a suprise weekend away of drunken debauchery and studied hedonism, so forgive me if I do not reply, Oily, but the fulfilling of carnal desires and the opportunity to get so drunk i am taken to bed in a wheelbarrow beats shares anyday!!
Will only be around till about 10am.
Have fun everyone.

I like most thought that at 8p, 6p and downward the worse was over.
No doubt several got out with good profits and best of luck to them.
We can speculate positions on sp 24/7 but it's not going to get us anywhere.
No one and I mean no one knows where this will finish. Sky high or bust.
We have posters in both camps.
At the moment although SEO have a fantastic portfolio of products, these products as we all know have to move.
I have now stopped watching this share checking a couple of times a day only, I now rely solely on alerts.

I have been given the impression today that finance is in place and an announcement will be made next week.
Placement more than a rights issue I think.
Betting than going bust - at this stage got to be thankful for small mercies.

Better than going bust I meant to say!!
I am in the industry and the interest in Stanelco products is amazing.
Once this funding is out the way - because they will only get it if the future can be believed-we can then relax and focus on our lives!!!!

This funding issue has created opportunities for the shorters - they have created this mess with the share price.
Look at it this way.
There are far worse companies who manage to get finance and do not have the product range Stanelco have.
It's how it is going to be done - not long to wait.

No problem soul traders - but I doubt very much you have the amount invested that I do, so there is no point in me lying!
We all want them to succeed and I was only trying to put a view forward that obviously doesn't sit well with you!
Take it or leave it.

Ssanebs is usually accurate.
So my comment about next week could be right - but I could be lying to some!!!

around 17/8 (i think) I posted saying I was unhappy with the timeing of seo's release re financing. I believed they were shafting PI's by giving shorters and the MM's the opportunity to drive the sp down , thus allowing select investors to buy back at very low prices.
SEO's long term prospects are still sound , hence I have'nt sold (also i brought most of my shares years ago-so I'm only sitting on a small loss). I feel sorry for those who have lost big.
I would'nt at all be surprised to hear now, that deals are done and the necessity for a placement/rights issue has passed.
This may be wishful thinking on my part.... time will tell. Either way rideing this storm, like the last.....up or bust.
