stockbunny - 03 Dec 2004 12:35 - 20236 of 23498

Amber - the market may have to take a back seat for today, can't be
doing everything at once or you will be really stressed! Forgot to mention
I think cut tatties fairly small or you will have to par-boil to ensure
they cook. Good luck!

JJ - Computer is (touching wood frantically) OK still got a problem
to resolve but its' beyond me, so hoping my brother will help!

Afternoon GD!!! How's my favourite Mutt?
:>)

jj50 - 03 Dec 2004 12:37 - 20237 of 23498

Hi GD, Spaceman.

Amber - on first reading I thought the xmas tree guy was forced to spend the night!! Sounds as if it is going along nicely though - am impressed :-))

Poochy - I think she will need a nibble with that tea!

Spaceman - 03 Dec 2004 12:39 - 20238 of 23498

Now that I am going through my CD's I keep seeing ones that I haven't played for years so I have just loaded up my car auto-changer thing with :-

Pink Floyd - Animals
Pink Floyd - Wish you were here
Pink Floyd - Atom Heart Mother
Jean Michel Jarre - Zoolook
Elton John - Goodbye Yellow brick road
Gordon Lightfoot - Greatest hits...... no laughing!

I will be able to drive around pretending to be 25 years younger.

amberjane - 03 Dec 2004 12:40 - 20239 of 23498

Now can someone help me put this net back up, i'm stuck and my arms ache, it's bloody hugh!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe i should have done a trade off with xmas tree man!

amberjane - 03 Dec 2004 12:42 - 20240 of 23498

Thanks JJ :>). Just realised with my last post, it isnt the net which has made my arms ache it was pushing his bloody car!!! Why didnt i let him call the AA? Im a silly moo......

Golddog - 03 Dec 2004 12:43 - 20241 of 23498

Golddog - 03 Dec 2004 12:46 - 20242 of 23498

aj, I can not see in the near future of poochy becoming a woman, if i did i would have to then be a lesbian. Poochy cuddle for you x

amberjane - 03 Dec 2004 12:49 - 20243 of 23498

GD what happened to my cuddle, you're slipping......but thanks for the nibble :>)

Hils, it was to clarify 'quid by christmas' but dont worry, has dropped and my profit has gone and.......oh well, look on the bright side, which i can this morning as everythings so flipping white!!!

little willie - 03 Dec 2004 12:57 - 20244 of 23498

Spacie..Gordon Lightfoot used to be an old buddy of mine, remember 'Sundown' & 'Cotton Jenny' before he made it big with 'If you could read my mind' and 'Early morning rain'. [Bigger for Peter, Paul & Mary]

A really super guy, very modest, did the folk scene in UK a huge favour and
still does a few gigs but doesn't tour big time these days.

Never forgets to send a Christmas card even after all these years.

Golddog - 03 Dec 2004 13:02 - 20245 of 23498

aj, i gave you a cuddle in post 20241, but if you missed it then i shall give you another...x

Golddog - 03 Dec 2004 13:34 - 20248 of 23498

No i'm still here bunny, just had me lunch. i do love a bit of beetroot, but now i have purple lips.

stockbunny - 03 Dec 2004 13:49 - 20249 of 23498

EECK..purple lips, not quite your colour Pooch!! ;>)
Really misty/foggy here today...

Golddog - 03 Dec 2004 13:58 - 20250 of 23498

When i was cold my lips were blue
with the beetroot they are now purple
now what can i have to make them red?

stockbunny - 03 Dec 2004 14:02 - 20251 of 23498

Hmmm apart from an extremely sweet and unhealthy cherry flavoured
lolly or something I can't think of anything - well not including
the obvious like borrowing a lippie of course, which of course a
full red blooded Pooch like you would hardly want to do....
Ok I said red blooded Pooch....Just remember I'm a bunny and if you're
feeling red-blooded you need a lady woofer not a bunny, so you
can put me down now please....Thank you ;>)

Golddog - 03 Dec 2004 14:14 - 20252 of 23498

Well i just had a glass of orange juice!

now have ultra-violet lips.

Help i think someone is at the front door!

stockbunny - 03 Dec 2004 14:16 - 20253 of 23498

Update - for those who remember me dealing with the mobile ring-tones
fiesco a few weeks back. The company promised at the time to refund the
10 they had taken wrongly from my son's phone - he was under age and they
were trying to say he was on a package contract with them, which of course
he simply cannot be due to his age.

Anyway, I didn't expect to see the money (cash they said they'd send
through the post, from mainland Europe) Hmm I thought, I'll believe it
when and IF I see it. Well, it arrived a couple of days ago - one 10
note (not forged LOL) in the normal post in a normal envelope with a
quick letter saying who it was from, sorry, etc.

So moral of the story is:
1. tell your kids to be careful of so-called free ring tones, often
they aren't.
2. if they get caught by one of these firms, kick up merry hell on
the phone and tell them you will be reporting them etc etc cos it appears
some refunds DO actually turn up if you persist very firmly!!

daves dazzlers - 03 Dec 2004 14:19 - 20254 of 23498
