fred - i have already put together about 30 fish recipes for the chap, and they are all tried and tested ...... but fish soup with oxtail stock???? - YUK!!!

I bet if you put a blind fold on and was not told the meal that you were about to eat,
9 out of 10 meals would be good meals. Its the thought, somewhat like the many mouldy and green looking cheeses.

And of course a peg on the nose for the cheese. :-))

One can blind fold persons and ask them (people who are drinkers) to taste several drinks one including water and 9 out of 10 will get something wrong. Try it sometime at a party and what an educational laugh you will have.
