Reckon the 'stumbling block' to any offer is the inclusion of a final share issue, to cover short positions, within the golden handshakes for the BOD? Not that they personally have any short positions, of course, because that would make trying to issue 100m shares illegal!

Perhaps you need to break away from the conspiracy thoery and accept that the market thinks the company is fairly valued right where it is. That seems simple enough :)

Yep your being thick tabby ... the company is worth around 28p a share at present but I'll flog you as many as you like for a quid if you think thats cheap.
