THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

Oh! how funny, watched it twice and can't stop laughing - used one of those blue gloves half an hour ago to clean out my fire not to do an anal inspection. Any more from where that came from? - brilliant.

My husband and I purchased an old home in Northern New York State from two elderly sisters.
Winter was fast approaching and the years first snow came early and I was concerned about the house's lack of insulation.
"If they could live here all those years, so can we!" my husband confidently declared.

One November night the temperature plunged to below zero, and we woke up to find interior walls covered with frost.
My husband called the sisters to ask how they had kept the house warm. After a rather brief conversation, he hung up.

"For the past 30 years," he muttered, "they've gone to Florida for the winter."

Does anyone know what I can do with 100 boxes of Tesco burgers I've been saddled with?

Despite the recent news, Tesco says that their beef burger sales remain stable.

I just got a batch of 200 Tesco beef burgers cheap, it only cost me a Pony.

I just checked my Tesco Burgers in the fridge, and they're off!

Prices of Tesco burgers are going through the hoof in my area.

Reading the label on these Tesco burgers it turns out they're fairly low in fat, but surprisingly high in Shergar.

A new children's food found in German budget supermarket is called My Lidl pony.

I had a Tesco burger the other day, but it gave me the trots.

Tesco are expecting burger sales to go down initially, but not furlong.

Apparently Tesco have refused to name their mane supplier.

Tesco PR department having a mare.

Is it a coincidence that 'hamburgers' is an anagram of Shergar Bum?

Tesco scored highly in a recent Gallop Poll.

Tesco vegi burgers now found to contain uniquorn.

Apparently the burgers go really well with Philly dip.

I went into Tesco's yesterday and bought a cooked Everyday Burger, they asked if I wanted anything on it..........................................

I said, "Yes please, I certainly do, a fiver each way"!!

Half the generation wouldn't even be able to find one by the size of their obscene stomaches.

Apparantly we are due for it again tomorrow and Tuesday and bad unti Friday (sorry I spelt diplay wrong). It is winter so we have to expect some bad weather, just a shame we don't have the Summers to compensate for it. We are minus here, as well as a moose a loose around this hoose.

dreamcatcher - 20 Jan 2013 19:44 - 20378 of 81564

We have been spoilt in the South East, not really used to winters over the last 10 years. You will have to head off to the sun this year again. Is that a house or horse.
I do not want to hear a horse or buger joke for another 10 years, lol.

dreamcatcher - 20 Jan 2013 19:45 - 20379 of 81564

Still snowing here.

Been thinking - which is dangerous for me but we haven't heard from kim lately, I do hope all is well - the last I heard you were affected with the torrential rain which we had some few weeks ago. Just let us know if you are okay sometime when it is convenient to you. Trust you are in good health.
