Further to the question about patenting.
The process for Greensealing is patented, as is the product Starpol.
There is no requirement for a patent mark on the packs, as it is the process to produce them that is covered, not the pack itself. With Starpol, it is the "recipe" that is patented, not the product. One could hardly claim a patent for mushrooms in a clear plastic container, unless the container was novel in its application, use or design, and then one would have to show that it was not just an adaptation of existing, non-patented usage.
No danger, therefore in not having the patent plastered all over the place.

With a spread of 17.7% the day traders are not being tempted. (Don't blame them).
Could be a strange day with a current depth of 7 to 8 buy/sell orders, although this will now doubt expand.

Sadly, it looks like you are right.
However, things are very, very quiet this morning.
It is as if something is about to happen!
Good or bad who knows.

I drove a meastro once. The most unlreliable, rusty P.O.S it's ever been my misfortune to come accross.
This that probably applies to this punter as well.

That's a bit harsh!!
He may know something - benefit of the doubt is called for I think.
Things are strange today as mentioned previously.

Aplogies Pinnacle.
But sick of people ramping SEO - thats what led to this problem in the first place.
However , I do believe that a detailed map showing route from Measto's AR@E to his ELBOW would still result in several u-turns and a request for more directions.
glad to see SEO is back to normal , inthat a sell of a few hundred K of shares results in a dramatic fall in SP , but buys of millions result in 0.
Ho-hum. Better do some real work.

Don't usually predict, but looking at the order book it is heading (if no news) for a very quiet day.
First time for a while that the mms have been on the bid with them taking the first 4 orders, the 5th being the only none mm order on the book. There are no mms on the ask side. No one appears to be doing much.

I hope every morning for an RNS to clear things up and settle it all down, but I also dread it!!
If an RNS came out about now, good or bad, but significant, I cannot help feeling that the FSA would show an unhealthy interest in the share trading patterns we have seen over the last week or so.
While I would welcome that in the interests of fair play, I would dread it in the interests of SEO.
Such mixed emotions.

Fully agree!
I want to get back to my normal life!!
Tuesday was a very strange day sparked by a rumour that Stanelco didn't need the finance after all!!
However, as previously mentioned we are heading back to where it all began.
Can't believe that no news will be forthcoming from this american conference otherwise why is everyone over there?
Too many strange things happening for there not to be something imminent.

Tweenie, re your post, it wasn't ramping 'that led to this problem in the first case' - it was two companies signing an exclusivity agreement that could have been shown within a very short space of time to be incapable of being executed because Asda did not have the hold/clout with their suppliers to bring them on board for Greenseal, and secondly SEO's mgt. being too weak to realise that quickly enough and get it changed for the benefit of both companies and SEO's cash flow. Asda should be the first port of call for ongoing finance by way of convertible loan stock to get the company through the period until orders do start flowing.

Alan,
Like you I hope every morning for an RNS to clear things up and settle it all down, but yes I also dread it.
As to a possible FSA involvement, I still feel the last few months have been very good for the day traders and shorters, (obviously only if they called it right) and with the mms being rarely on the bid or the ask, their manipulation (the mms) has been somewhat weakened. Now if things did go drastically wrong, the releases over the last 12 months will be re read in depth by many investors, re any possible misleading info. I would think then complaints would be forthcoming to the FSA.
All IMHO of course.
