you wouldn't have to read too far back. I have been back thru most of RNSs over last 18 months and the looking back cannot believe some of the things the SEO board members have stated. Misleading is a bit of an understatement. Also the last RNS talks about finalisation of contracts. There was absolutely no reason or necessity to give such a trading update. If they fail to deliver on this it shouldn't be the FSA that is involved,the police would be more approriate.

I feel certain that Elizabeth Filkin, the Senior Non Exec Director of SEO would advise the company to be very careful at this point.....she is also Deputy Chairman of the FSA Regulatory Decisions Committee members. May not count for anything of course!

There as been a complaint lodged with the FSA , and the FSA have said that they have been monitoring the situation .

No i don't expect anythink to happen to benefit the shareholders, but it could do if the company went bust and a shareholders action group took the directors to court . It wasn't me who lodged the complaint.

Stanelco, the developer of biodegradable packaging and one of the best small-cap performers last year, shed 0.27p at 1.81p, amid talk that its rescue refinancing remains in the balance. The company is said to be seeking to raise 15 million through Teather & Greenwood at 1p, and is understood to have received commitments totalling about 8 million so far.
